The Space Infrastructure Laboratory Corp. (SIL) is a not-for-profit university-affiliated research center (UARC) in Ithaca, New York. It is affiliated with Cornell University and was established as an initiative with the New York Space Consortium for Space Technology Innovation and Development. As a Department of Defense (DoD) designated defense manufacturing center and awardee of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO) BRIDGES Consortium (TA-2 Space Superiority), SIL will leverage its state of the art facilities and expertise to deliver critical space capabilities to government agencies and sponsors.
